PERSONAL TRAINING

One on one instruction is the quickest and most effective path of improvement! Your personal needs determine the nature of program. On the basis of a specialized fitness test and check-up we will determine your abilities and weak points. From this analysis we then establish a personalized training program involving work on the floor mat using supporting Pilates equipment (Pilates ring, Thera band, Franklin balls, etc.). The goal is create an individual regime that builds on existing strengths and helps establish a new movement spectrum.

GROUP CLASSES

Classes will be taught on floor mats . To guarantee clear instruction and invididual corrections, the classes have a maximum capacity of eight people. Exercises follow the principles of the classic Pilates method. The Classes will vary in the number and complexity of exercises done based on the experience level of the group. It is possible to sign up for already existing classes. Currently offered classes, course levels and workshops can be found under dates.
